At Lewis Jewelers, we want you to be completely enamored with your new piece; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with all certification documents included to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping container, ensuring you include all original diamond certificates or appraisals.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the exterior of your package, ensuring no other labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
